I don't know why there are so many bad reviews about this property, I was quite scared in the beginning but due to a limited budget we had no choice. We are satisfied with everything, the apartment was huge and can accommodate 9 people easily, we were 5. There was a huge sofa for the whole family and a TV, it was warm inside, the railway station nearby . Regarding the karaoke noise, in the bedrooms I didn't hear anything and I also brought earplugs, if you sleep in the living room it might be a problem. It was one of the cheapest accommodations for the NY in Dusseldorf and I have to complains.
The kitchen table wasn't too stable and seems would fall if you lean on it. A little dodgy neighourhood , but not far from the center.
