Very easy access, relatively easy parking, good communication, very clean, almost exactly as the pictures.
It's on top of a gym that has extremely loud music all working hours and you feel like you leave above a night club. The floor in the bedroom and the bed would creek so loud at the slightest movement that the sound is enough to wake the second sleeping person in the room, if any. It is described as a one bedroom apartment but it has two extra rooms that are locked.

We were able to find parking relatively easily.
Communication with the host was excelent. For exmaple, the internet was not working when we arrived, but the host fixed the problem very quickly.
The bed creaks every time I turn. That bothered me a little.
