Ευρύχωρο και φωτεινό. Η κουζίνα καλά εξοπλισμενη. Πόρτα ασφαλείας με κωδικό. Μοντέρνο ντιζάιν με φωτισμους. Στα 100 μέτρα έχει σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο, καφετέρια, στάση λεωφορείου, παιδική χαρα. Το πάρκινγκ δεν μας δυσκολέψε σχεδόν καθόλου.
Λείπουν λεπτομερειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά όπως ένα κρεμαστρακι στο μπάνιο δίπλα στο νιπτηρα για την πετσέτα, ένα αφρολουτρο στο ντουζ καθώς είχε μόνο σαμπουάν. Επίσης το στρώμα ήταν υπερβολικά μαλακό. Τέλος η πτυσσομενη πολυθρόνα στο δωμάτιο μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μόνο παιδάκι καθώς είναι μικρή, αλλά ο καναπές του σαλονιού είναι μια χαρά για να κοιμηθεί κάποιος.

Καθαρό και προσεγμένο κατάλυμα ,σε καλή περιοχη .
Το κρεβάτι που χρησιμοποιείται δίπλα από την κρεβάτοκαμαρα είναι ακατάλληλο ,όπως και να ξαπλώσεις έχεις μόνιμα ένα ξύλο είτε στα πλευρά σου είτε στην μέση σου
