Incredible location with everything within a 0.5m radius. Very comfortable and well equipped with set up ideal for a group of up to 8.
Didn’t matter to our group but if walking up from lake or town centre exceptionally steep short climb. Parking is excellent though at property.

Couldn’t fault it. The place is beautiful, well equipped and well furnished. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. It was a shame the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t make use of the back terrace. The location is also excellent, just 5-10 min walk into down and parking provided. We would love to come back!

The location was fabulous, just a nice 5 minutes walk into the centre of bowness and the lake.
Could benefit from a couple more pans for cooking. A hot tub would put the icing on the cake.😀

Great layout in the house, comfortably hosted 6 of us for a long weekend. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The location is great with a small walk back into the main town
It’s a short walk down the road to the town but guests should keep in mind that it is up/down a steep hill which is partially lit by street lights
