The host were very cooperative with the timing and all. That's the only think a traveler looks for when they're not certain about check in and check out timings. So yeah the staff was very cooperative with adjusting timings.

I guess there's always room for improvement. If they can have a vending machine or something where people can buy water juice or snacks that would be perfect.

The room was generally clean. Housekeeping standards were satisfactory, though the washroom needs some improvement—particularly the taps, which were difficult to use, and the Muslim shower had very low water pressure. The main issue was the reception area, which was often crowded and quite noisy. Staff members frequently gathered with friends for casual conversations, creating unnecessary disturbance. Additionally, the night staff played videos/reels loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to rest during both the day and night. Overall, the stay was decent, but better staff professionalism and noise control would greatly improve the guest experience.

The reception area was often busy and noisy, and at times staff noise made it difficult to relax or sleep properly. Additionally, even water provided in the room was charged separately, which was unexpected.
