    Good thing the hotel staff know how to communicate in English.

    They charged me an extra 200 rupees without any valid reason. My total booking amount, including taxes, was 18,216 rupees, and I paid it in full. At checkout, they suddenly asked me to pay an additional 200 rupees. When I questioned why I had to pay more despite already paying the full amount, they failed to give a proper explanation and still forced me to pay the extra money.

    It’s a very small, somewhat old hotel. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. The listing mentions air-conditioning, but they won’t provide an AC room unless you pay an extra 3,000. The room we got was untidy, smelled bad, and the fan wasn’t working properly. I didn’t even complete my stay and left. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re traveling alone.

    It was under maintenance and still they accepted my booking. They said they told to agoda to remove their hotel from the listing until the maintenance work, but I guess it was a lie. It caused much distress and I had to look around for another hotel which is always difficult after you travelled like 20 hours.
