NEXA Townhouse Umalas Canggu

Très bonne emplacement, environnement très calme, je me suis bien reposé, personne très sympathique.

Friendly butler service, picture same as reality, gorgeous building and location was near canggu padel courts. 1 right beside. Bed comfy, water heat up fast. Awesome high ceiling and lounge area at living room.

None. Only 1 maybe, was that we are only allowed 1 room when villa has three. We are two pax but would be good to have the whole villa. They locked the room

Exactly as advertised. A bit secluded from the main streets of canggu. It’s spacious and usable for a family of 4. TV has Netflix. They clean everyday around noon. No complaints

Maybe a bigger pool

- Great location, central to everything yet very quiet atmosphere - great staff , very polite and knowledgeable - a few details in the villa : comfortable beds, nice bed linens, nice robes(we wanted to buy some but we’ve been told it was not possible yet unfortunately), great kitchen equipment, beautiful central table in the kitchen

Well below our expectation as a “luxury stay” in Bali. Poor finishes in the villa ( white walls paintings from the living room to the downstairs bedroom: big marks, finishing not clean ) Cleanliness ok but way below the level requested for the pricing (marks on the mirrors at the entrance / marks on the windows visible from the outside / marks on the couch/ cloudy plunge water outside on the terrace / cigaret butts from previous guests between the wooden planks on the terrace/ fingerprints with makeup on the bathroom and bedroom doors). - very noisy fans during the night - very poor quality of door-frames : The sliding window in the downstairs bedroom was not operational: it did not lock properly, and had obviously been forced open previously. Same for the main sliding window at the entrance, very hard to lock.
