Les chalets du Praz 4 - Immoclean

The location is excellent , only a few mins walk to the ski lift, shops, bar and restaurants. The apartment was clean and compact with good facilities. Having a private parking space was a great addition we didn't expect. For two people this apartment was perfect. There was plenty of bedding and towels to use.

The check in procedure was challenging , there were NO instructions in English, no kettle and the table was broken when we arrived, though it was usable. There is no WiFi in the property and this should be an essential in 2026.

We did not receive the check-in instructions by 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and had to call to obtain them. Although we were told they had already been sent, we only received the text shortly after contacting support. It may have been a delay, but receiving the details earlier would make arrival smoother for guests. The apartment is cozy, well-located (just a two-minute walk to the télécabine), and having assigned parking is a real plus. A couple of small improvements would enhance the stay: the sheets are quite worn and rough due to pilling, and adding a dish rack would be helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few minor areas for improvement.
