Very compact but comfortable apartment near beach

Secure carpark. Close proximity to beach. Confortable even though very compact. Very clean. Well equipped. Good communication with host about self access.

Unexpectedly once we had booked the apartment we were informed of a supplement for linen and for cleaning. These were optional but as we were travelling there was no way we could bring our own linen. This sounded more like the AirBnB system than Booking.com and came completely out of the blue. Why not include this in the ‘House rules’ upfront as it would provide advance warning in advance of booking. I opted to do the cleaning myself and save the extra €25. On arrival rather than a ‘welcome note there was a long checklist page of all the steps to follow to bring the apartment back to the state we had found it in. All to be done before the early 10 am check out. Check in is a bit late at 5pm. Building outside of the apartment does not give a great impression, apartment much better, particularly kitchenette and shower rooms

L'emplacement et la decoration

L'appartement n'a pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée,cotons tiges dans la poubelle de la salle de bain, chaussette sous le lit, coquillettes sur le plan de travail et champignons dans l'évier. Les serviettes des précédents locataires laissées en état à l'entrée.

L'accueil prévu en présentiel qui n'a pas fonctionné malgré l'heure du rendez-vous respectée. Pas code clés qui a été communiqué après notre demande et par téléphone. Le cout du linge de maison 30€ pour 2 nuits. Une taie par lit comportant deux oreillers, une serviette de toilette par personne.

Séjour chez Floreva Concarneau

L'appartement est petit . Il est idéal pour 2 personnes . Muni de deux chambres avec chacune un lit de deux personnes très confortables. À 150 m se trouve une très belle plage . Nous sommes à moins de 2 km du centre ( ville close , marché hebdomadaire, train touristique) . Nous avons aussi un parking privé.

La douche italienne a une entrée petite . Avec mes 90 kg c'était juste pour y entrer .

Décevant. Belles photos, belle rénovation mais pas tres fonctionnelle.

Exiguité des lieux : Petites surfaces. W,C. en rdc, comment on fait en mezzanine ? L’entrée dans la douche en étage est bien si on est mince comme un fil à voile, je fus obligé de rentrer très fort mon ventre pour y pénétrer mes 110 kgs et mon 1,80 m !!!

Ruhige und großzügige Unterkunft mit ein paar Haken

Ruhige Lage und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt; eine Küche ist vorhanden, sowie ein kleiner Balkon

2 Betten mit einer Breite von ca. je 140 cm sind etwas wenig für je 2 Personen. Was sehr ärgerlich ist: Zusatzkosten für Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sowie die Endreinigung (die man aber in Eigenregie erledigen kann). Darauf gab es keinen Hinweis bei Booking.com. Die Innenstadt ist ca.1,5 km entfernt und Lebensmittel-Geschäfte gibt es nicht in der Nähe der Wohnung. Die Toilette ist im unteren Bereich der Wohnung, wo auch ein Doppelbett steht, und das Bad ist auf einer Hochebene, wo sich ein weiteres Doppelbett befindet. Gewöhnungsbedürftig für Personen, die nicht so miteinander vertraut sind. Bis man alle Dinge mit der Vermieterin geklärt hatte, bedurfte es schon mehrerer Emails.
