À proximité de multiples commerces et métro à 10 mètres (ligne directe vers le port 30 minutes et passe par le centre 10 minutes), logement spacieux, bien équipé avec trois climatisation efficace. Le seul point noir c'est l'absence de moyens pour faire le ménage car il y a beaucoup de poussière au sol qui s'accumule sur le balcon et qui par conséquent est présente dans le logement, les oreillers doivent être remplacé ou lavé. L'entré avec code facilite énormément l'arrivée. La zone est très populaire mais tranquille.
Absence de serpillère, balai, sceau, oreillers à nettoyer !

Άνετοι και όμορφοι χώροι διαμερίσματος. Επικοινωνιακός και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Πάνω ακριβώς σε σταθμό Μετρό. Εξοπλισμός διαμερίσματος. Σχέση τιμής-ποιότητας.

Wszędzie było blisko, bo budynek jest na stacji metra. Blisko do sklepu i kawiarnii.
Bardzo niewygodne łóżko, twarde, poduszki również pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. Uważam, że jeśli jest to mieszkanie to mogłaby być jakaś szczotka do zamiatania. Bardzo słychać hałas z ulicy, metro które podjeżdża co chwilę, także jeśli ktoś chciałby ciszy i spokoju to nie polecam.

Es un sitio increíble, tiene una terraza preciosa para desayunar o comer, es muy cozy y se respira calma en este lugar. La casera es apicultura y nos dejó un botito de miel casera entre muchas otras cosas para comer y estaba muy buena.
Es cierto que es difícil encontrar el sitio la primera vez y que la subida hasta el apartamento es muy muy empinada. Pero se lleva bien.
