Nos recibieron y trataron como uno más de la familia, la mejor atención y amabilidad que nunca antes habíamos vivido, un 10/10. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, además de los pequeños detalles que marcon la diferencia. En la azotea pudimos disfrutar de los atardeceres dentro del jacuzzi y con una ambientación increíble, reservamos casi todas las noches y estaba todo listo, con música, luces e incluso bebidas incluidas, como si estuviéramos en un hotel.
El wifi, en nuestra habitación no llegaba muy bien la conexión, no pudimos ver ni series ni películas en algunas ocasiones. En Canarias te encontrarás cucarachas por la noche y en todos lados, por esa razón no podíamos abrir la ventanas durante mucho tiempo. Tuvimos que revisar bien si estaba todo cerrado ya que terminamos encontrándonos con 2 cucarachas tanto en el baño y en la cocina. Pero debo decir que todo estuvo limpio y no había problemas al llegar.
