The complex was in a great location. A beautiful part of Maspalomas and the staff were extremely helpful! The bungalow itself was lovely!
Due to recent storms the smell of sewage was overwhelming in my bungalow. However, staff were quick to try and resolve this.

One of the bathrooms had a bad smell no issues tho there was 3 other bathrooms I just kept the door closed It was only me at the property

strong smell from pipes. floors were not clean. No shampoo. Some bathrooms did not have soap or toilet paper. No dishwasher tablets provided. The host takes long time to respond.
