Complejo Sun's Gardens - Maspalomas

Very clean and tidy with on going maintenance which is nice to see, bungalow 5 where I stayed with front and rear sitting areas was great as you have the sun all day.

If anything it would be the lack of glassware a chopping board and a knife would also have been useful being a self catering unit.Having said that I always bring my own. These are observations not complaints.Only other not complaint but frustration no internet it says there is but you cannot connect to it sadly.Didn’t spoil my holiday though. Will be back next year.

Very good

Excellent

Staff very friendly, nice amenities and very clean. Very friendly for public transportation as well.

We stayed at this property in Gran Canaria for two weeks and appreciated the upgrade. While we enjoyed our holiday overall, a few aspects of the accommodation fell short of our expectations. The Wi-Fi barely worked, if at all, so we had to rely mainly on our own mobile data. The guest bed was also very uncomfortable. The staff were approachable, and we appreciated their willingness to listen. Unfortunately, despite reporting these issues, we faced repeated delays and no resolution during our stay. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, as reliable Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and better follow-up would have made a real difference.
