Acces usor la locatie, loc de parcare, linistea din jur, inclusiv nu s-a auzit nimic prin pereti - asa ceva mai rar intilnesti in blocurile noi, saltele confortabile, masina de spalat vase si toate consumabilele necesare pentru o calatorie cu valiza goala, supermarketuri la 2 min distanta si unul chiar “sub fund” - pentru o familie cu 3 copii foarte convenabil, terasa super. Gazda super receptiva, ne-a ajutat cu cererea noastra.
As fi preferat un teren de joaca prin preajma, dar asta deja nu tine de gazda.
