UP-site Floreasca Apartments

The apartment has a nice view towards a football field - I actually enjoyed watching some players practice there. It was cosy and had all the amenities that I could wish for when renting (slippers, kitchen towels, extra toilet paper, complementary drinks etc.).

I checked it recently and the price spiked, 70% if not more compared to when I first rented it which is insane (maybe they rent multiple apartments in the building and I misjudged). The apartment that I rented had a slightly small bed but nothing too bad. The building itself is new (at the time of writing) and felt a bit strange that the lobby area is yet to be finished and the elevators still had protective covers (I assume a lot of furniture is still being transported). I would book it again though if the price is not unreasonable (asking more than 100 EUR per night is unreasonable and in my opinion non-justifiable).

Apartament spatios, elegant, curatenie ireprosabila si view-ul superb de la etaj! Gazda este foarte amabila si comunicativa.

Modern, clean, good location near shopping mall and restaurants. Metro station 10 mins walk

One or two minor problems with electrical appliances, but these were quickly resolved
