UP-site Floreasca Apartments

Die Unterkunft war wirklich top! Man braucht eigentlich nur seine Kleidung und Schuhe mitzubringen – alles andere ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass auch alles vorhanden war, was man für die persönliche Hygiene benötigt. Außerdem war es angenehm ruhig, sodass man sich sehr gut erholen konnte. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eigentlich gab es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Очень хороший район для тех кто любит центр и доступность. Есть все туалетные принадлежности,постельные чистенькие.

Нет элементарно сковородки,хотели постирать вещи но даже не одной капсулы не оказалось. Очень шумное место, вокруг стройки всю ночь. Очень свистит вентиляционная система. Вообщем есть и + и -

The apartment has a nice view towards a football field - I actually enjoyed watching some players practice there. It was cosy and had all the amenities that I could wish for when renting (slippers, kitchen towels, extra toilet paper, complementary drinks etc.).

I checked it recently and the price spiked, 70% if not more compared to when I first rented it which is insane (maybe they rent multiple apartments in the building and I misjudged). The apartment that I rented had a slightly small bed but nothing too bad. The building itself is new (at the time of writing) and felt a bit strange that the lobby area is yet to be finished and the elevators still had protective covers (I assume a lot of furniture is still being transported). I would book it again though if the price is not unreasonable (asking more than 100 EUR per night is unreasonable and in my opinion non-justifiable).
