The room was spacious, housekeeping services were sub-standard. Breakfast spread wasn’t fantastic, coffee was bad. Utensils not filled up. Location was great though.

Good and clean hotel. Near to yu garden. The only thing I dislike about this hotel is there are no hook at all in the shower room, you cannot hang your towel nor clothes, which is ridiculous. I need to open the door to throw the dirty clothes outside the shower room. It is super inconvenient especially I am not alone. Not recommended if you travel with friends or parents 🙄

This is our new favourite hotel in Shanghai. The hotel and our room was so comfortable and luxe and it was in such a convenient location near the metro and heaps of great restaurants. I’ve already started recommending this hotel to my friends and family.
    6 / 10Average·Sep 2026
We chose this hotel primarily for its central location. While the service was acceptable, it falls short of the higher standards we experienced at other properties across China. Our stay got off to a disappointing start when the shower flooded on our first day, spilling water out into the hallway. Additionally, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, suggesting it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in days. On the positive side, the room itself is modern and appears to have been recently renovated.
