About this house rental
Three bedroom home available, a great place for making memories. This home has access to Keyser Lake, NY. Kayaks and life jackets are available. Pets are welcome! We are located between Little Falls, NY and Dolgeville NY. We are located at the foothills of the Adirondacks, with just a thirty-minute drive to Utica. Centrally located between Syracuse and Albany NY. Cooperstown NY is also just a forty-five-minute drive! This home is also approximately four to five miles from Rustic Ties in Dolgeville and Beardslee Castle in Little Falls, both great wedding venues. There are two bedrooms on the first floor along with a full bath, the upstairs has the master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The kitchen/dining/living area is an open floor plan, great for making those memories. The front porch has a seating area and a grill. The backyard has a fire pit with seating for some unwinding.

We loved the rental! Very clean and lots of space. We were very active seeing family in the area and exploring. Didn’t see much wildlife besides squirrels and chipmunks. Would love to rent again next time we are in the area. Thank you again.

Copper Cottage is a stunning home. Each room is decorated beautifully. There was no shortage of towels and supplies. We fell in love with the couch! There is limited lodging in Little Falls that permits pets, and our dog felt at home immediately! Unfortunately, the weather did not permit us to use the backyard fire pit and explore the creek and environs, but we look forward to returning and doing that. But what the weather did allow us to enjoy was the view of an active creek, and the sounds of the creek lulled us to sleep. Rachael was quick to respond to any questions by email. Hope to return soon!

Copper Kettle was perfect for our stay, very well decorated, great amenities, we loved our time there. Great beds, Awesome shower! Great TV for football fans.
