This stunning two-bedroom penthouse is located on the twelfth floor of tower 2. Coastal decor and colors throughout the unit provides an inviting atmosphere for guests to unwind and relax. The master bedroom offers a king bed while the guest room has a king bed and a queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bathroom is ensuite with a large walk-in closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower whereas the guest bathroom has a nice shower/ tub setup. There is a large stackable washer and dryer in unit for guest convenience. The dining room has 4 chairs along with a bench at the table, and there are 3 bar chairs along the kitchen bar, leaving ample places to eat and hangout. The unit has wooden flooring throughout the condo. There is an electric fireplace in the living room. This unit has an open balcony with two wooden rocking chairs overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Our family of six had a wonderful time here over Memorial Day weekend. We cooked most of our meals in, and the kitchen is stocked with higher end cookware and dishes than is typical in these types of rentals. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bath towels were provided. Balcony view was lovely. Shoreline staff were very friendly but did not respond to a maintenance voicemail we left when the check-in wifi info was incorrect. We were eventually able to connect to the internet by finding the info directly on the bottom of the actual router. Internet worked well after hiccups getting on. We received Walmart+ grocery deliveries directly to the unit, which was very convenient and timely. Beach chair and umbrella setup worked smoothly; the guys running the chairs have a clipboard and it's helpful to talk with them to get your name in for the front row for beach setup for the number of days you will be there. Weather, water clarity, surf, and beach were perfect, though our young adults encountered some harmless jellyfish. The beach has very much of a "family reunion" feel, not "spring break", which we appreciated. Lots to do and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this rental at Shoreline Towers.

I discovered Destin’s Shoreline Towers in 2014 and will continue to make Shoreline Towers my winter home away from home as long as I can travel from the midwest. Shoreline’s location is one of the best in Destin! The stop light makes getting on and off the only road through Destin (highway 98) easy in times of bumper to bumper traffic. Wide sidewalks throughout Destin makes walking to the three grocery stores, a pharmacy, and many local restaurants easy and enjoyable.The rental staff has had an impact on me in choosing Shorelines year after year. My wife was handicapped and had special needs. The staff was always approachable for requests to make our stay more safe and doable. The Shoreline HOA (the Home Owners Association) also has had a role in making the “Snowbirds” return year after year. The “on site” conference room is provided for the weekly Snowbird Friday Nite potlucks and other group gatherings. The bonds that are formed at these gatherings are lasting and bring these “Snowbirds” back year after year.The 2123 condo is furnished in such a way that it can be a “home away from home”. The floor space, the kitchen cupboard space, the closet space, and the pantry space were mostly clear of furnishings that provided no utility. The kitchen was very easy to use because there was plenty of room for baking supplies, canned goods, daily groceries, and laundry supplies. Because the condo was not overly furnished, it was very easy to rearrange to make room for occupants that need a walker.All of the furnishings were of good quality and were comfortable or worked as expected. I understand my evaluation was from the perspective of a “snowbird” with a partner that needed a walker. However, condo 2123 would have received the same review for the same reasons even before the walker was needed. This condo has the unfilled
