Old world charm with elegant updates throughout, has everything you need for your trip to Omaha. Right in the heart of Dundee, enjoy access to CWS, UNMC, Blackstone, Downtown and the airport.
Every living area has been designed to entertain the guests, Whether it's outside BBQ in the private backyard or relaxing on the front porch swing or rocking chair. Inside only gets better, whether its relaxing in front of the TV, entertaining in Dining room or the whole family sat in the breakfast nook.

THE LIVING ROOM: Kick back and relax on either our oversize leather chair or huge sofa. Watch your favorite show on the giant 65" smart TV screen and enjoy the super fast WiFi.
DINING ROOM: Spend time sharing a meal or playing games with family and friends around the large dining table. Easily sits 8 and an extension is available.
THE KITCHEN: A chef's dream! The large kitchen can hold the entire family or guests. Use any of the wide range of spices and prepare dinner on the Bertazzoni 48" stainless steel gas range brass burner with griddle.
Enjoy eating or catching up on an email in the breakfast nook with table and seating for 6.
BACKYARD: Step outside with a coffee or BBQ in the private backyard and enjoy the nature retreat with birds singing.
BEDROOMS: Enjoy a good night sleep on either a Queen or King size brand new super comfortable memory foam mattresses. All the bedrooms on the second floor have a ceiling fan and the spacious loft bedroom has its own A/C unit or electrical heater for additional convenience. It also has a half bath.
BATHROOM: Fully remodeled with large countertop for getting ready. Enjoy the light and spacious bathroom with full bath for kids.
The perfect location in the heart of Dundee, a stone throw away from Pitch restaurant and eCreamery as well as the Le Quartier Bakery & Cafe. A few minutes drive to UNMC and Blackstone. Downtown Omaha, Airport and College World Series is a direct short 5-10 mins drive.
This is the perfect getaway for a long weekend or as a second home for a longer stay. Fantastic to enjoy events such as the College World Series, Berkshire Hathaway stockholder meeting or family gatherings.

A 1 minute walk to Dundee's cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shops. 1 minute drive to a neighborhood Walmart and other restaurants. 5 mins drive to UNMC and Blackstone.

I would say that overall our stay at this property was pleasant. Excellent location. The check in was a breeze. Great kitchen. Only one television in the house in the Livingroom, which may be ideal for some people. In my property search I overlooked that there is no washer and dryer, that's on me. Some of windows did not have shades, blinds and/or curtains - specifically the livingroom and dining room. Patio cushions were dirty. Overall a decent place to stay, just in need of a few items of convenience to receive an 'Excellent' rating from me.

Great place! Check in and communication with hosts was quick and easy. Property was clean and as described. It is an older house, in the process of being renovated. Kitchen and bathroom were lovely and functional, and kitchen was fully equipped. Loft bathroom was a little odd, but fine for a kids area.
