Spent a week here preparing for my daughters wedding. The host was very accommodating and very easy to work with. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. The house is well decorated. The beds all very comfortable. This house has everything you need and very much felt like home. Not a complaint more of an FYI. If you aren't using the basement area, this portion won't effect your stay at all!The basement bathroom is listed as a full bathroom and technically is but the shower, although functional isn't really usable as it's in a utility space. The shower has overhead nozzle and a ring curtain as well as a drain hose on the floor. Also, in this space is the water heater, storage space, the laundry and there was also other things like paint and tools. I did feel like there should have been a door on the area to separate from the living space.

We traveled to Omaha as a family for our son‘s wedding. Eight of us fit very comfortably (with extra space!) for a long weekend. The neighborhood is adorable. This property is located in a terrific, vibrant, and safe part of town and it is well cared for. Communication with the property owner was pleasant and easy. Property owner very responsive to needs, but our needs were more than met the minute we walked in,. Excellent space and property loaded with everything you could want/need and plus more. The kitchen is fully stocked with items beyond typical: all the usual needs, but also a griddle, ninja blender, drip coffee maker, with all the coffee accoutrements, microwave, utensils, and tools galore. The beds were very comfortable. You can imagine all the towels we needed with eight people staying on property for a long weekend. There was a linen closet with way more towels than we even needed to last throughout the entire weekend. The basement bathroom is extremely small and the shower is tiny. We used the two upstairs showers so that was not a problem. This property is walking distance from great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We will absolutely stay there again. It made a very special home for a very specialweekend.

We had a great stay here for our daughter’s college graduation. The house has great space, the kitchen is fabulous, and the backyard and garage were perfect for gathering our family after the ceremony. We loved it!

We had 25 female financial advisors fly in from all over to attend the BRK meeting. We rented 5 VRBO’s and this was one of the best. The location was perfect - a true neighborhood so our runners of the group were in heaven.
