You definitely need to have strong legs to climb the stairs as it is on the top floor, and a small car as the parking is very tight with 2 cars in the underground parking, but it is a great unit, I would recommend it, great security into the unit. Thank you

We arrived with no code (was supposed to be supplied 48hrs before arrival) to access the keys, we tried to ring the number in the app but didn’t work, tried texting the robo assistant. No reply. When code finally came we found our lovely unit was located up 6 flights of stairs. It would have been nice to know this before we booked as for an 80yr & 70yr old carrying luggage up six flights was challenging. We were grateful there was no one in the parking spot next to us as it was a difficult parking spot in a larger vehicle. There is a leak in the shower. Beds are great as was the unit itself. Other than that
