About this house rental
Make memories at this 1750 square foot, 3bdr/2 bath stylish townhome near Lake Travis. Relax at the community pool, walk to Lakeway City Park to enjoy hiking, pickleball or swim in the Lake. Rent boats or jet skis at Lakeway marina, then return to have a drink on the patio, play games, or watch TV. For sightseers, SXSW, or ACL Fest attendees, downtown Austin is only 35 minutes away. This unique home has everything you need to connect with loved ones, in a peaceful setting away from the chaos.
As you step into the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with high ceilings, a fireplace (open Nov-Mar), a modular couch that can be turned into twin beds, a TV with all of your favorite streaming options, and a "fun corner" complete with a bar cart, books, and games.
The very Austin-themed dining room has a unique farmhouse table that can fit 6 comfortably, with beautiful skylights above to brighten the room. Just off of the dining room is a fully stocked kitchen with both Keurig and drip coffee makers (plus K-cups and ground coffee, powdered creamer and sweeteners in the pantry), filtered water from the fridge, a blender, toaster, pots/pans and all of the basics you'd need for a home-cooked meal. There is also a breakfast nook for overflow seating.
The community includes a refreshing pool that is steps away from the condo, for those hot Texas summers. After swimming, come back to relax on the private patio with a cool drink.
Sleeping/Bath Arrangements:
-Bedroom 1: Twin over queen bunk bed (Sleeps 3)
-Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Sleeps 2)
Both of these rooms have Roku TVs with all streaming services available for your login, and a shared bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub/shower and hair dryer.
-Bedroom 3: Primary suite with king bed and en suite bathroom with shower and hair dryer (Sleeps 2). This room also has a Roku TV, a desk/chair, and a pack n' play in the closet.
-Living room: (Sleeps 2) Take the backings off of the modular couch to create 2 twin beds. There is extra twin bedding in the bunk room.
-There is an additional twin mattress in the closet in Bedroom 2, that can be used in whichever room is desired. There is extra bedding and pillows in each bedroom's closet. There are plenty of extra towels in the hallway open shelving, plus a couple of extra blankets.
*All mattresses have a plastic covering in case of accidents.*
Pets:
Pets are allowed for a fee. There are food/water bowls, doggie bags and treats in the bottom of the pantry. Dogs must be on leashes in the common areas and PLEASE clean up after them. Preferably large dogs stay off of the furniture (please and thank you).
