About this house rental
Our beautifully renovated townhome offers four bedrooms & three full baths. We have a beautiful view of Lake Travis with a trail leading down a gentle sloping path to the small cove in front of the townhouse. Look for the deer while relaxing or dining on one of the 2 decks that have amazing views. The main level has a gas grill. The patio on the ground level has a barbecue pit for charcoal also.
The main floor has one bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining room . The living room has sofa, loveseat, and chair (All Reclining) The dining room offers seating for 6 with 4 barstools adjacent to table. Or dine on the balcony with seating for 4 and two additional chairs, all with cushions. The view is incredible.
The downstairs has 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king size bed with a twin bed and full bath , there is also a vanity outside of the bathroom. The other bedroom features a full sized bed.
The upstairs master suite has a king size bed, full bath, and sun deck with patio furniture to sit and enjoy the lake view with your coffee or wine.
All bedrooms have large dressers so you can unpack and feel right at home.
4 TVs (Living Room and 3 Bedrooms)
Cable TV with HBO and WiFi access with DVR;s We also offer ROKU TV"s so that you are able to access Netflix and other networks that you are a subscriber of. Bluetooth speaker. DVD player also available.
Fully equipped Kitchen with Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, toaster, microwave. Dining Room seats 6 and there are 4 barstools at the bar. Laundry nook is fully equipped with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
Guests will also have access to the Jr Olympic sized community swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, library, and 9 hole golf course.
There is also a marina for boat fuel , a small store and the Gnarly Gar floating restaurant. Watercraft rentals are available located at the marina also . The restaurant is open year round and offers live entertainment on most weekends. There is also a large private park with a boat ramp, grills, covered pavilion,and playground equipment.
