Enjoy this one of a kind stunning 5 bedroom and 4-bathroom Villa in the most desirable resort around Orlando and Kissimmee area. An ideal location with easy access to Disney World attractions and many others theme parks in the area.
There is a fully screened private pool. This makes it perfect for enjoying and entertaining all year long. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on which to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. A covered lanai for al fresco dining and a child safety fence if required. A perfect place to start the day with breakfast and to end the day with a sunset. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
From the entrance hallway you get a sense of the open concept floor plan with a large living area with plenty of seating to accommodate 10 comfortably.
There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen that offers all the facilities and amenities that you’ll need during your stay.
There is plenty of space, just off the kitchen area where a table and chairs can be found on which to enjoy family meals. Additional seating is at the breakfast bar.
This striking villa sleeps up to 10 with the added advantage of having a bedroom downstairs:
Downstairs:
Bedroom 1---- Queen size bed- full bathroom.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2---- King size bed- full Bathroom.
Bedroom 3---- 2 twin size beds (Star Wars)
Bedroom 4---- 2 full size single beds (Frozen)
Bedroom 5---- The first floor Master Bedroom offers privacy and space with a full Bathroom ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe area.
NO SMOKING allowed within the villa.
Pets allowed but must be approved first - Service pets welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee of $150 per pet for the required anti-allergy spray for the next guests that may have allergies.
Hi speed Wi-Fi and air con throughout the villa.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
