Walk amongst the trees down to the double-deck, private boat dock where you can fish, swim, launch the provided kayaks and paddle board, or simply sit back and gaze at the water. With ample space to dock a boat or jet-skis, you can enjoy all that lake-front vacations have to offer. Floats and water noodles are available in the deck box - adding to your afternoon enjoyment. The quiet cove is just off the main channel, and a perfect location only 10 minutes from Bridgewater Plaza & downtown Moneta. Additionally, right in the neighborhood, appreciate having access to a community pool, boat ramp, and tennis courts.
The interior of the home is just as beautiful as the exterior. As you walk inside, you will immediately take notice of the open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen - framed by vaulted ceilings. Settle down and enjoy the comfortable seating in the living room while you stream your favorite show and warm up by the heat of the gas fireplace. When hunger arises, the well-appointed kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its updated appliances, granite countertops, and center island/breakfast bar. With numerous spots to dine, enjoy eating inside at the formal dining table, or dine alfresco with sweeping views.

My family of 6 stayed Memorial weekend. The house was fabulous!! Plenty of room to spread out with the upstairs LR and downstairs den which was equipped with large TV and games. The kitchen has everything and more you need to cook. Our favorite parts were the covered outdoor dinning area, the comfy fire and the dock with the double lounge chair! There are plenty of floats and dock toys too! Thank you Erik for sharing your lovely home. We will be back next year.

This house was a perfect place for our extended family to all gather. Beds are very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Very clean and well kept. Would love to go back and stay longer. Very peaceful and relaxing setting on the back porch.

Incredible stay on a beautiful property. The house had something for everyone. We had 2 infants, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. The kitchen was well provision for cooking in and the patio was a great location for a cook out. Felt like we had all the comforts of home with everything readily available. The unexpected surprise were the incredible sunsets from the dock. Erik was a great host and always immediately responded to inquiries.

Home, Location, Amenities & Communications were all perfection!
One of the nicer homes we have stayed in using VRBO.
We spent many hours on the kayaks including a late night shooting star gazing adventure.
Abundant wildlife sitings including deer, blue herons and a beautiful jet black cute as could be weasel/mink along the shoreline.
Lots of fun surprises… If you hear that childhood ice cream truck sound… Don’t look to the street. ; )
This is a great property with multiple different areas to enjoy the views and relax.
