My name is Olga Condraschina, a tourism professional (website: Sardiniadom.it), and I’m also the owner of Villa Giorgia. I’d be delighted to welcome you to the villa!
Villa Giorgia is a villa we own; it is a standalone property with a floor area of 100 meters plus a 25-meter veranda, a 1,000-meter garden with a lawn, nestled in a pine forest, in the Residenza S.M. di Pula, a 6-minute walk from the sandy beach
. The town of Pula is 2 km away
, and Cagliari (airport) is 40 km away

The property
Villa Giorgia is a detached villa (100 square meters plus a 25-square-meter veranda and terrace), surrounded by a garden adorned with centuries-old pine trees, palm trees, and Mediterranean plants (1,000 square meters), located in the small and peaceful “Comunione dei Pianeti” residential complex, nestled in a natural pine forest, just a short walk from the long and beautiful sandy beach of S.M. di Pula. The sea is stunning, with crystal-clear water in fantastic colors. The beach is never crowded, not even in August. The location is quiet and relaxing, offering excellent privacy (the garden is enclosed by a fairly high wall with gates).
Designed to make the most of the outdoor spaces, the villa features a covered, fully furnished veranda (table, chairs, armchairs), as well as a spacious brick barbecue area, a brick outdoor shower, and a green lawn (with 2 lounge chairs and a beach umbrella). The garden is enclosed on all sides.
The single-story villa consists of:
- a living room with a kitchen (new refrigerator with freezer, oven with stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes and cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, pots, and more), a large TV with satellite channels, a single-seater sofa, a single adult cot, a table, and chairs
- a master bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 2), with its own bathroom (with shower, sink, and toilet)

- bedroom with 2 single beds (sleeps 2),
- another bathroom in the hallway (with shower, sink, bidet, toilet)
Additional equipment (to be requested at the time of booking):

- Hair dryer
- Iron

The tourist town of Pula is about 2 km away (where you’ll find Conad and Crai supermarkets, Da Giancarlo restaurant, Eleonora and Sa Macinera pizzerias/restaurants, bars, and a small square with concerts). Nora—an important archaeological site (Sardinia’s first city) with a beautiful beach and several restaurants—is 1 km from the center of Pula.
The world-famous beaches of Chia are a 7-minute drive away.
Cagliari—Sardinia’s main city, with hospitals, banks, shops, the historic Castello district, restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as the port and airport—is 40 km away (a 35–40-minute drive).
Olbia Airport and Port (northern Sardinia) are a 3-hour drive away (the road is easy to navigate).
