About this house rental
Just beautiful! Newly built house with full kitchen and a view to die for! Safe cul-de-sac location were neighbors walk together each night. Blackout curtains for privacy and a good night's sleep. Dedicated office space with one of the fastest internet services offered in the US. Mountain adventures, famous river tours or great night life in downtown Chattanooga are just a few things you will love about our location. Every type of food known to man or stay home and cook in the full kitchen with all new appliances. There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom with an area to sit, sip tea or coffee and enjoy the beautiful view from the bedroom window. There is also a great view of the mountains from the huge upstairs private deck. Additional beds can be found in the living with both queen and twin sleeper sofas. We also offer exercise equipment, hair dryer, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, first aid kit, free off-street parking, TV, deck furniture, kitchen table, central heat and air-conditioning, remote-controlled fan in main bedroom, complimentary toiletries and washing supplies, etc. Beautiful landscaping with soft fescue grass just right for a sunset picnic. You will not be disappointed!

The only thing I would fix is the bed was to hard for us but other than that it was a relaxing anniversary here would recommend for honeymoon or new couples

Our stay was just amazing. The house was cute and just what we needed for our small family of 4. Everything was clean and very nice. Check in and communication with host was very smooth. We would definitely stay again.

The property was in a very quiet cul-de-sac. However, no mountain view, just the roofs of other houses. House was very clean upon our arrival. However, a few more "needed" items would be very useful and appreciative; such as maybe 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper; garbage can liners and or garbage bags. Also, maybe small coffee packets of coffee. It didn't make sense to have sugar packets on the counter with nothing to use it in. All in all a nice place for a quick stay!
