Welcome to Rivendell at Smith Lake – brought to you by Smith Lake Rentals - the perfect retreat on a spectacular point! With a south facing house and yard, you will enjoy sun on the deck all day long and beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. The custom built house provides plenty of room for multiple families to spread out, and the landscaped grounds invite you outdoors. Four king bedrooms, each with a private balcony or patio, plus a kids room with twin beds and trundles and a playroom with bunk beds ensure individual comfort, while two living areas and a dining room with seating for up to 14 bring everyone together. A family place that is restorative for both introverts and extroverts, Rivendell is special!

Easy walk to the dock, with very few steps! Dock has plenty of room to tie up your boat or swim off the swim pier! (Boat slip is not available for guests' use).
