The villa boasts a wonderful outdoor area featuring a private swimming pool, open from 01/01 to 31/12. The terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers and dining furniture, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings. The fenced garden provides a safe environment for both children and pets.
Living areas :
The common areas include a spacious living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, perfect for preparing delicious meals. There is also a dining area for everyone to gather.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms :

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 convertible sofa in common areas.
