About this house rental
Magnificent 250m² Mas located in the Luberon with all modern comforts.
The house is located 2km from the village of Robion with all its shops (bakeries, butchers, newspapers, tobacco, restaurants) to welcome you with family or friends up to 14 people.
The land is 5300m² with its swimming pool of 4. 50x 9. 50m surrounded by terraces.
The house is composed of 6 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on the ground floor, and 4 on the 1st floor), 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets and 1 utility room / pantry:
On the ground floor:
- 1 bedroom of 16m² with 2 single beds (which can be joined)
- 1 parental suite of 16m² with a double bed of 160 and its bathroom of 9m² with shower and toilet
On the 1st floor:
- 2 bedrooms of 16 / 20m² with 1 double bed of 160
- 1 parental suite of 27m² with a double bed of 160 and its bathroom (bath and wc)
- 1 bedroom of 20m² with 4 bunk beds
The house consists of a fully equipped 27m² kitchen and a 70m² living room.
The property is ideally located for visiting the whole region, at the intersection of the Vaucluse, Gard and Bouches du Rhône departments.
