Very large, beautiful, cosy villa "Karma". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Stepped path (18 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
