1st Floor of duplex at the corner of 78th & Pleasure Avenue directly across the street to a Beautiful beach. House has 3 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. Bedroom set ups are 1-Queen, the other two rooms both have 2-Twins. Property is clean and well cared for. Ample off street parking. Nice, large front porch that you can hear the waves from. Great family vacation location! Book this unit today!! Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN TIMES VARY - CHECK LEASE.
