This beautiful beach house was built for summer vacationing and features many impressive amenities including a spacious living room, an updated kitchen and 2 recently renovated bathrooms. The dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 at the island. The large deck off the main living area seats 8 at the patio table as well. First floor has a king bed with an attached bath and another bedroom with 2 single bunk beds and a full bath with tub. The second floor has the main living space and a queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom and private deck. The third floor has a king bedroom with a private deck and a bedroom with 2 singles. There is also a full bathroom with tub on the 3rd floor. Four full bathrooms and an outdoor shower means there will never be a line for the bathroom. Three decks and a fenced in yard ensures that everyone can find some space for some down time. Beach chairs, beach toys & beach tags all included. Just a few seconds walk to a beautiful, lifeguard protected, boogie board beach. Park you cars (2 can fit tightly in driveway and 1 more in the garage) and enjoy being able to walk to every amenity you can think of including great restaurants, an Acme grocery store, CVS pharmacy, coffee shops, pizza, a diner and ice cream. 3 night minimum September thru May.
