Welcome to Villa June Rosy,
Our detached vacation home is located in this wooded recreational park. It features a spacious private garden (550 m²) with a dining table, bar table, and lounge area. There’s also a trampoline and a cozy, well-furnished garden shed. It’s a wonderful place to unwind with your family, friends, or just the two of you. There’s plenty to do in the area—visit the charming town centers of Wijchen or Nijmegen, or take a beautiful hike or bike ride in the surrounding countryside.

Other things to keep in mind:
- beds made upon arrival
- 1 set of towels per person
- 1 set of dish towels and dish towels
- smoking indoors is not permitted
- not suitable for groups of young people
- No pets allowed
- Bringing electrical appliances that consume a lot of energy is not permitted
- Our home is intended exclusively for recreational purposes
- Deep-frying is not permitted in the home
- Tourist tax: €2 per person per night
