Villa June Rosy

Our Wonderful Return Stay at Villa June Rosy This was our second stay at Villa June Rosy in Wijchen, and once again, our six-night stay was nothing short of exceptional. Having had such a wonderful experience during our previous visit, choosing to return was an easy decision and we were certainly not disappointed. Villa June Rosy has genuinely become our favourite place to stay whenever we visit the Netherlands. The tranquillity of the surroundings, the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, and the warm welcome from our host, Fran, are some of the many reasons we keep coming back. The bungalow was beautifully clean, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, which was particularly appreciated after long days of travelling and exploring. As we were doing a European road trip by car, including travelling around the Netherlands, it was lovely to have somewhere that truly felt like a home away from home to return to. One of the things we particularly appreciate about Villa June Rosy is how well equipped it is. Fran has thoughtfully provided practically everything you could need during your stay from useful household items to kitchen utensils and everyday essentials. It really feels as though the accommodation has been prepared with the comfort and practical needs of guests in mind. The peaceful environment of the June Rosy bungalow complex also allowed us to relax and genuinely feel that we were on holiday. After travelling during the day, coming back to such a calm and welcoming environment was something we really looked forward to. Fran is an excellent host,warm, approachable, responsive and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance or clarification about any aspect of our stay, Fran was easy to reach and always willing to help find a solution. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our six nights here and created more lovely memories together. Returning for a second stay and having another excellent experience speaks for itself.

One small suggestion that could make an already wonderful stay even better would be to provide an additional set of fresh bedding for guests staying for a longer period. During a six-night stay, it would have been lovely to have the option of changing the bedding without first having to wash and dry the existing set. Having spare bedding available would add an extra level of comfort and convenience and help guests fully enjoy that relaxing holiday feeling without needing to think about laundry during their stay. This is only a small suggestion for improvement and certainly did not take away from the wonderful experience we had at Villa June Rosy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

Het huis was erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook een hele grote tuin met ligstoelen etc. Jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken ivm regen en kou. Het huis was gezellig ingericht.

We heeft ons nogal wat tijd gekost om uit te vogelen hoe de tv werkte. Uiteindelijk is het wel gelukt. Misschien handig om een gebruiksaanwijzing neer te leggen. De bank zat niet comfortabel.

Lovely place, lovely nature, a lot of birds songs in the morning... relaxing
