Villa Feniks in the village of Polaa is an ideal villa for a family holiday. The garden is completely fenced and offers you the privacy you desire during your holiday. In front of this beautiful villa is a 32 square metre swimming pool where you can refresh yourself from the summer heat. Villa Feniks is located in Polaa, near the town of Biograd na Moru. It is located in the Ravni Kotar area, which is known for its indigenous Maraska cherry and agritourism. Visit the Vrana Lake Nature Park, which is home to the largest natural lake and one of the largest wetlands in the Mediterranean region of Croatia. There are 95 legally protected species in the park area. The old town centre of Vrana was built in the Middle Ages in the immediate vicinity of the lake. The Benedictine monastery was later used by the Knights Templar and the insignia symbols of the power of the Croatian kingdom were kept within its walls for a long time. Visit the tourist centres of Biograd na Moru and Pakotane. Pakotane is located in the centre of Dalmatia with many cultural and historical sights such as the churches of St. Justin, St. Michael, St. Roka and local festivals such as carnival, summer games. Biograd na moru is a well-known popular summer holiday resort with beautiful sandy beaches. History lovers can visit the Biograd Museum. Visit numerous islands such as Paman, Galesnjak and NP Kornati. An unmissable destination is Zadar, the cultural and historical cradle of Croatia, famous for the Church of St Donata, St Stoija and St Mary, Chest of St Imuna, Kalelarga main street, Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun.
