Comfortable and lovingly furnished vacation home with pool and whirlpool

Welcome to your search for an exquisite vacation home where you and your family will spend one of the most unforgettable vacations of your lives! Your dream destination is our vacation home, “Villa Luka,” idyllically located near Biograd na Moru, Croatia.

Dive into the refreshing atmosphere of our spacious, child-safe pool, right on your doorstep. State-of-the-art lounge chairs and large umbrellas invite you to relax and unwind. As a special highlight, a new, heated luxury massage hot tub awaits you, perfectly rounding out Villa Luka’s spa offerings.

For our younger guests, we offer a private playground with a climbing tower, swings, and a trampoline in our picturesque garden. A basketball court and a ping-pong table provide additional variety. There’s never a dull moment here!

For sports-loving guests, a newly built fitness studio is available, equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, dumbbells, and everything an athlete’s heart desires. Our spacious XXL infrared sauna is especially relaxing after a workout.

For social evenings, we’ve set up a new, spacious summer kitchen right in the garden. Located next to the pool, it offers plenty of space and a huge dining table with chairs for cooking and dining together. A large wood-fired grill and a Weber charcoal grill are available for barbecue enthusiasts.

The property features two fully equipped apartments with separate entrances, ideal for large families or vacations with friends. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a terrace.

The kitchens are fully equipped, from dishes to modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee makers). We provide everything you need for your stay—from towels and linens to washing machines and irons—all included in the price, of course.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the pool area. On days when the weather isn’t ideal, German satellite TV and a variety of games provide great entertainment for a cozy family evening. The fully air-conditioned house offers ample parking.

The nearest sandy and pebble beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away. There, you’ll find plenty of activities for young and old alike.

The owners of “Villa Luka” have decades of experience in the tourism industry. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests. Our hosts speak fluent German, English, and French. We’ll respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible, whether by phone or email. We look forward to hearing from you!
