El piso es muy cómodo. Tiene 2 habitaciones amplias y muy correctas. La cocina está bien equipada y la climatización es muy cómoda.
Está muy cerca de la via del tren. En realidad, los trenes no molestan, pero te llevas una sorpresa cuando pasa el primero. Por la noche no hay trenes y se duerme perfectamente.
