Excellent emplacement au cœur de Talmont Rapport qualité prix excellent ! Bonne literie. Nous y avons passé qu’une seule nuit. C’était parfait ! Le village est très joli. À 5 mn en voiture de Meshers. Badge pour accéder au parking résidents. Gîte à 5 mn à pied du parking.
Manque une poubelle. Le petit patio est agréable et sera top quand il sera bien réaménagé

Il y a 2 ans j'avais apprécié ce gîte. Mais cette année, malgré ma réservation , nous n'avons pas pu accéder car il était déjà loué ! Je suis dans l'attente d'un éventuel remboursement de Booking ! Impossible de trouver sur le site de Booking un endroit pour des réclamations !
Nous n 'avons pas pu accéder au gîte ! Il était déjà louer ! Le propriétaire a donc annulé cette réservation pour que je puisse être remboursée. Le propriétaire nous a trouvé un hébergement de secours mais beaucoup plus cher ! POURQUOI CE DYSFONCTIONNEMENT ?? COMMENT ME FAIRE REMBOURSER ?

Parfaitement situé dans le très joli et charmant village de Talmont, c’est un endroit parfait pour un court séjour. Le parking n’est pas très éloigné et la barrière s’ouvre automatiquement à la sortie. Les deux premières photos indiquent l’arrivée au gîte en prenant la rue de l’Ecole et la dernière indique l’arrivée au gîte à partir de la Mairie.
Peut-être un rafraîchissement de la peinture des murs, mais ce n’est pas gênant.
