Beautiful Apartment In Saint-Georges-De-Didon

Service de conciergerie : Personne très gentille et ponctuelle. Très bon emplacement proche de la plage et de la forêt

Pas d'ascenseur, et ce n'était pas indiqué dans l'annonce ! Le gestionnaire (Novasol) envoie beaucoup de mails, en anglais et en français. On se perd entre le site Novasol et celui de booking.

La situation proche de la plage, le calme, le charme de l’appart au 3e et dernier étage, le confort (2 vrais lits dans 2 chambres séparées), parking facile

Résidence très calme, très proche du front de mer et de divers commerces. Appartement au 3eme étage, bien agencé, bien équipé et très propre. Contact facile avec la conciergerie.

Connexion internet mauvaise, sans doute due à la topographie du front de mer.

Location was close to beach but up three flights of stairs which wasn’t clear in booking that there wasn’t a lift .not great for 2 tired fed up eighty year olds and lots of luggage when we had been waiting to receive the keys for nearly 3 hours .

Collection of keys was stupid - we asked to arrive at 4pm and went to the apartment, on checking the millions of emails you get them from booking. Com the parent company and the person who owns it - it told us we had to collect the keys from 5 miles away from the apartment -I checked thinking this can’t be right and was told it was -so off we went to get them , the information given was inadequate- two pictures with no explanation ,luckily a kind stranger helped us to find the lock box on a fence under plastic greenery at a random house on a housing estate.When we opened the box it was empty! So believing we had got it wrong we drove back to the apartment only to be messaged again to say the keys were 5 miles away, by this point of the farce we were parked in the apartment parking behind a barrier as another kind stranger had let us through and could not get back out as we had no key fob . When I finally got through to speak to the key holder and explained that I couldn’t get the 5 miles out of town again to collect the keys they promised us at 4pm at the apartment.they told us they’d ask a neighbour to deliver them to us !!! But not before 18:20pm and could we amuse ourselves till then . Left with no other choice other than to pack up and go home we waited and eventually someone turned up with the keys at 18:45pm told me there were two and drove off after saying—they told you about the apartment right? I thought yes it’s small , we have the code for the door what more do I need to know ! What we hadn’t been told was that the electrics for the appliances needed to be turned on at the fuse box, the fridge and freezer would take four hours to get cold so all the food would go off , we would be forever hitting our heads on the low pitched ceilings and that it would be passingly clean -a joke when they tell you that 126.00 euros are charged for cleaning. The best bit though was that when you tried to use the toaster it tripped the electric for the whole apartment!
