The main objection is that the building - apartment 1 was not on the ground floor, but completely below street level, in the basement - the basement of the building. Before the stay, the host was asked about the number of floors, he stated that it was the ground floor, which was not correct. The air conditioners did not work as expected, it was difficult to reach the desired temperature. The lock on the front door shook every time someone opened the building's entrance, which happened often. Large trash cans right next to the kitchen and dining table. A few cockroaches also appeared because the apartment is in the basement and cans for garbage

The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. It features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, along with a lovely living area that includes a dining table and a comfortable couch. The terrace is perfect for relaxing—whether enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The hosts were outstanding and incredibly thoughtful. We were welcomed with bottles of water, coffee, as well as some cookies and chips, which was a very nice touch. Their attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. One thing to keep in mind is that during the colder season in Malta, humidity can be quite high, and the apartment may feel a bit chilly at times, especially when it rains. However, we managed fine without heating. On the plus side, the apartment is equipped with three separate air conditioning units—one in each room—which is ideal for the summer months. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation.
