L’appartement est super bien situé et très spacieux. Le personnel a réagi dans les deux jours après les avoirs informer d’un problème. Les chambres sont parfaites avec la climatisation dans chacune d’elle en plus du salon.

Nous avons eu un problème avec la plaque de cuisson donc impossible de cuisiner pendant deux jours et le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas. Dans les chambres, les rideaux n’empêche pas vraiment la lumière de rentrer donc compliqué de dormir longtemps si on sort tous les soirs.

Very nice apartment: it's clean, well-maintained and decent sized. We were pleasantly surprised that it was in fact a lot better than how it appeared from the pictures on the booking platform. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. They gave us the check-in link and necessary house rules a day prior to our arrival already, so we didn't have to stress last minute.

It was hard to find the apartment. My taxi driver kept driving round and round the area and just could not find it. The address given was very confusing: the address on Booking.com is 18 Triq Il-Qasam, while the property managers gave us Flat 18, Triq Il-Qasam. Both addresses did not work, because if you look it up on Google map, there is no number 18 on the Triq Il-Qasam street. In fact, we found out that the apartment is actually located at the corner of 18 Triq Il-Wasliet instead. Also it was incredibly difficult to unlock the front door of the apartment with the key provided! It was not an usual door lock. You had to unlock and turn the key in a certain way in order to open the door. We actually stood there for 30+ mins trying to figure out how to unlock it, which was very stressful. Moreover, there was only 1 key provided and I think more keys should be provided. So if we wanted to go separate ways, we didn't have to worry about going through the same key box routines again every time. I just hate self check-in and having to remember all these different codes...!
