Wonderful staff at reception. They helped me with everything and were so friendly and professional. The housekeeping ladies were wonderful too. Very good location.

Walls of the room are too thin. You can hear everything from the neighbouring room and that can be quite disturbing at night and early mornings.

The location and the overall look of the apartment. It was very clean, spacious and facilities were working well. The building is easy to find and staff speak English well and were very helpful.

The AC does not blow out enough cool air. We informed the reception and they made sure someone went to check on it. We had 3 nights and we spent all feeling warm and a little uncomfortable. the technician came to check but still it did not blow out cool air. the hotel gave us free airport drop off to make it up to us with this inconvenience, which we didn’t ask for but we really appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you Panorama Hotel.

Номер на 4 этаже, который нам предложил вежливый молодой человек на ресепшен, оказался более комфортабельным, к чистоте, просторности и удобству номера не было вообще никаких претензий, все было отлично. Единственное, номер разделён дверью с соседним и, если вам повезёт с соседями, то вы их и не услышите, а если, как нам, то будете жить с ощущением многодетной семьи и вам тоже может не понравиться😎

Изначально снимали маленький номер стандарт, потому что переночевать нужно было всего полторы ночи. Но,зайдя,не обнаружили полноценного окна в номере, а лишь форточку, выходящую непонятно куда, грязные полы, бьющий во все стороны душ и подушки все в пятнах, сильно похожих на следы жизнедеятельности клопов.. Естественно, попросили поменять номер на ресепшене,где нам пошли навстречу, предложив два номера на выбор за небольшую доплату.
