Sometimes power outage in building

Tidy clean place with nice and comfortable bed.Modern facility and well behaviored staff.Brawo!!!

Location is very confusing.Most of the taxi driver even doesnt know where is the place located.Its took me from the airport to the place more than 45min which is just 10-15way.Kindly keep the remotes for the TV in the room as well.

The breakfast was still being put out at 7:30, despite it starting at 7. It’s also hard to find the hotel, as it’s inside another hotel.

Location is good ,, staff are very helpful and friendly and helped alot to solve the problems.......

I was allocated room1501 ,, I was having my first shower ( walk in shower) washing my hair and realised the drain was blocked and water was spreading on the bathroom floor ,, I had no choice I had to rinse the shampoo of my hair and face ,, now the water was about to go in the room ,, dropped all of the towels in front of the door to avoid any damage,,, dried myself halfway through wash. Went to the reception and told him we have an Emergency!!! I asked can I have room ,, he replied there is one room ,,, it was very small room with no windows or a very small window on the 13th floor ,, same floor as the reception. I refused and told him do something or I Am leaving to find another hotel! He came after few minutes and unblocked the drain but there was no cleaners change of shift or something. I went out for dinner and came back the towels were gone but the bathroom was filthy !! In the morning I went to reception and ask them to come and clean the bathroom so I can use the toilet and finally have a shower,,, the staff were good as gold and made the bathroom clean. To make matters worse adjacent to my room is their laundry room and the washing machines were spinning all night and made the chime ,, when the wash is finished!!!! I think I slept max 2/3 hours so in the morning I ask them to change my room. After breakfast they gave me room 1412 much better room and it was fine. Except the extractor fan no cover and was making a very loud noise ,,, please look into this So very disappointed 😔 My ratings are based on the first room. I would like to emphasis the reception team breakfast team and house keeping were excellent but ..... Put yourself in my place
