The apartment was clean and well maintained and had a good location, with a convenience store just along the street and easy access to trams, which was very handy; however, there were a few downsides, including a broken drawer in the toilet, low water pressure in the shower despite it being usable, sounds from the next-door apartment were noticeable, especially during quiet hours.
The main issues were noise from the neighboring apartment, a broken drawer in the toilet, and low water pressure in the shower, although it was still usable.

Гарне місце розташування, за 800м знаходиться Ярмарка Катовіце , в цьому ж будинку є жабка , стоянка платна, але на сусідній вулиці безкоштовна і багато вільних місць. Вода гаряча завжди є, тепла підлога. Багато білосніжних великих полотенець
Диван внизу з сильною вмятиною з одного боку, дитині ще спати було більш-менш, дорослий би не ліг . Пральна машина є, але її не можна вмикати . Це дуже погано , так як з довгої дороги хотілось би попрати речі. Електро -плита вмикається не з першого разу (потрібно помучитися )
