The location. There are many shops located right outside the door. I love the scenery short walk to Jonker Walk via the riverside. There are a lot of hipster kind of restaurants. Food is good...ambiance is perfect...and I love the old rustic look of the old bridge by the end of the alley and the shops too.
It can get a bit too noisy with the karaoke and bars right outside the door.

Super nice accommodation, close to many places, owner was really, really, nice, kid you not. Everything is practically in walkable distance and the interior of the house is quite interesting, since it’s mainly made of metal and wood.
Sometimes when I go back to the accommodation after a long day to my bed, I’ll notice some black looking things but I can easily just sweep them away so no worries.
It was very hot during the morning till afternoon especially on the highest floor, but since I’m out all day I’m not affected
