Scrupulously clean. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the cream and sugar which we missed from out last lodging.

The hot tub was a nice extra! Having enough beds for 6 people was good. We were able to walk to church street and the water front in about 15-20 minutes.
We could hear the upstairs neighbors a lot, especially if they took a shower which is no one’s fault. Another couch or love seat would have been good for a party of 6, we didn’t have enough room for us all to be comfortable, but overall it was a good stay.
