About this apartment rental
Spacious three bedroom, one bath,second story apartment in the Hill Section Campus district of Burlington. Very convenient location for walking to Church Street Marketplace or campus. The space features a large open living room with vaulted ceiling, a great view of the lake, mountains beyond and city skyline. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the living room any time of year.
The apartment is fully equipped for your stay. The space is most suitable for one to four people but can accommodate up to six guests. The eat in kitchen has new appliances, granite counter top, maple cabinetry and dining table.
Living area has two sofas, great view and flat screen television with cable.
Bedroom one features a king size bed. Second bedroom has a custom maple queen size bed. The third bedroom is nestled in the third floor loft accessed by a spiral staircase, this room is furnished with a king size bed. A loft sitting area overlooks the living room. All sheets and bed linen are provided.
The custom tiled bath has double sinks with quartz vanity top and full shower with corner bench. Bath towels and all bath linens are provided.
Backyard area at the rear of the property for relaxing or barbecuing on the grill.
The apartment is accessed by stairs at the rear of the house and is a private entry. Parking space for up to two vehicles in driveway.
This apartment is the upper half of our duplex home, our residence is on the first floor so we are always near if you need anything during your stay.
Our sister property in our compound is located across the driveway, homeaway listing #336139. Pending availability both spaces can be rented together to accommodate larger groups of up to 12.

The location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable. This is one of the cleanest vacation rentals I've ever stayed in -- 11/10 for cleanliness. The beds were decent. The bathroom and kitchen were nice. Everything was well stocked and easy to find. There were plenty of windows and lots of natural light. Trish was very welcoming. She provided helpful and detailed instructions for everything. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect place for our short stay in Burlington. Tricia has put together a very comfortable and well-thought-out space for guests to relax after a day of sightseeing.
