Beach House Condominiums C103 - Beachfront with Pool, Wi-Fi, & Beach Service

On the beach. My mother who has knee trouble didn’t have to walk too far to get to the chairs provided with this rental. Pool was nice too. Facility was clean as a whole. Most of the folks working there were nice, especially the security guards and with the rental company lady and her son as well. Great for families. Very close to outlets, Winn Dixie, many restaurants and Walmart on Sand Destin. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of Destin to be easily accessible but far enough to not be in all the noise.

Dirty couches and chair in the living room with broken down pillows. Musty odor that made all of us sick. Needs repainting or a clean air machine at the very least. My mother froze in the front bedroom while we were sweating in the master and the air was set on 72 the whole time. Rude man who cleaned around the grounds (he washed around the pool every morning- not sure of his title). Many dents and dings in the wall and you can see all through the condo where recessed lighting was removed and patched and needs repainting. That nigh help the smell too. The provided complementary start up soaps and other items were all cheap dollar store items that didn’t even suds up when you washed your hands. Didn’t have a broom in the broom closet until one of our last two days and we waited all morning for the rental company to bring it and check out the garbage disposal. Couldn’t get under everything with the vacuum cleaner so when we got the broom I swept really good under everything and found a child’s bathing suit underneath the master bed and cinnamon toast crunch cereal under an end table which we didn’t have any cereal at all. know these condo have to have a quick turnaround cleaning but it needs to be shutdown and deeply cleaned before being rented again. No handicap bars in bathroom shower and this is a ground floor unit. No handicap ramp anywhere around that part of the beach. You would think a ground floor unit would have handicapped accessories in at least one bathroom and the beaches would have a ramp on one side of the beach access like most other places we have stayed in the past. We paid $2200+ for a week in this condo and feel it wasn’t worth it. We just stayed at a Best Western this past weekend for the holiday weekend and it was at the beach and an older hotel but it was clean and no bad smell.

I hate to even write this review because I would love to keep it my little secret, but this place is exceptional! Literally steps from the beach and pool on the ground level but you aren’t giving up the ocean views not being on a higher floor. it was incredibly clean and updated nicely. The two beds in the spare room was essential for us. I can’t find even one thing to critique.

This was the perfect condo for our stay! Pictures did not lie. Step off the back patio and we were at the pool or heading to the beach. Love that beach service was provided, just had to get our towels down early;) we had beautiful weather, will definitely be staying again!

Location was a dream. Photos show the property perfectly. They had a gift on the table for us. The lotion came in handy when girls got sunburned. Thank you, thank you ,thank you for having us!
