FLH Restauradores Deluxe Apartment with Terrace

The host was incredibly helpful and kind. She had treats in the shared kitchen and was incredibly responsive to all questions. Upon check-in she shared a map with information around the apartment and gave great recommendations on where to go and what to see. I would highly recommend staying here and would gladly stay again!

Nothing, the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The location is great and the rooms + terrace are lovely. There is a smaller room that doesn't have the same space / layout, so worth noting if you're staying there for more than a night.

Appartment located centrally and in a quiet area (last upper floor of a building recently renovated). Two bedrooms with their respective bathrooms.

Key of the appartment is to collect at an office located 5 min walk (not a real constraint), but the lady at the desk was really not friendly at all. One single key can be made available for a whole family, which is absolutely not convenient. No indication at all of any recommended restaurant in the nearby area. The appartment is well equipped but difficult to enjoy properly: a coffee machine but with no coffee (even 2 caps ...), a washing machine but no laundry detergent, no water available in the fridge, shampoo and soap are really cheap ones, ... On top of this, a window which was not properly closing in our kids' room which we noticed on Dec 24, we therefore called for assistance but no answer at all ... Fortunately, the weather was OK. Globally, the appartment is really pricy for the given services.

Great location- bright spacious apartment

The terrace was smaller than expected - it was very crowded to have all 4 of us sit outside together and there were only 2 chairs outside We popped into the office during our stay to let them know one of the doors to the terrace wouldn’t open (I had sent a message thru Booking but got no response) - the young lady we spoke to didn’t even look up from her computer and told me to resend the email- not the best customer service.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, les fenêtres sont toutes déréglées donc 2 fenêtres sur 3 dans le salon, ne sont jamais complètement fermées
