I wish we had stayed for longer period.

Very nice play to stay and enjoy your vacation on Lake Como

Everything was great. We were greeted by the host, who gave us the keys and explained how to use the parking in the basement, as we came by car. For the sake of the guests, there is an information package prepared by the host in the apartment, which shows where the nearest supermarkets are (within easy walking distance). The flat is near the train station, so it is possible to wander to other places on the lake (e.g., Varenna) by train as well. The flat has everything one might need for a longer stay, including a washing machine.

A quick heads-up for people from outside ot Italy about the electrical outlets. This is a common thing in Italy and not specific to this apartment :-\ The host thoughtfully provided TWO adapters, but we found they only fit in certain (!!!) wall outlets. Bringing more adapters will not resolve the issue. Hence, be prepared.

A relaxing stay at Como

This is a great place to stay at Lake Como. It's conveniently located very close to the train station, a local grocery shop, many delicious restaurants, and the public beach. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-equipped. The terrace with the swing is the best part!

Superb

The apartment is right on the lake with outstanding views, it literally is across the road from the train station and approx 20 mins walk to the Ferry Port, and also to the harbour, shops and restaurants, there is a pizza restaurant just from the train station car park who will cook you a takeaway pizza, The apartment has a lovely veranda of which we used most of the time as it is ground floor it has a lovely covering, With the apartment being so close to train station we took train rides to different areas and the Ferry crossing to Belagio, great little place to visit
